Case Study: Pot8o Enfield

Brief.
Pot8o is a fast-casual restaurant in London serving fully loaded baked potatoes—hearty, flavour-packed dishes inspired by the Turkish-style kumpir.
They reached out as a new client looking to build a strong visual foundation for their presence on Deliveroo, and on in-venue Kiosk screens.
The goal was to create eye-catching food photography that captured the richness, variety, and indulgent nature of their menu - something that would immediately appeal to potential diners browsing for their next order.
Approach.
After an initial call to discuss their menu and launch visuals, I put together a half-day food photography package covering 20 menu items - including potatoes, dirty chips, salads, fresh juices and a hero banner featuring their top-selling options.
With experience as a leading food photographer for Deliveroo, I knew how important it was to create visuals that pop - especially in thumbnail format. We shot on-site ahead of opening, using a mix of natural light and controlled studio lighting to highlight gooey textures, vibrant toppings, and generous portions.
The styling was clean and unfussy, letting the food’s bold personality shine. The final image set gave Pot8o a consistent, high-impact visual identity ready for launch - perfect for use across delivery platforms, social media, and future promotions.
