Hi, I’m Hikaru. I work as a food photographer based in London - shooting content with a focus on strong art direction, and capturing vibrant, eye-catching imagery that is true to your brand.
As an experienced food photographer, my passion for amazing food is what drives me to produce vibrant and delicious-looking food photography for my clients.
Growing up in Lewes, East Sussex - my upbringing was all about food, and sharing it at the table with friends and family. This was where my I found my spark for food and an adoration for the amazing ingredients and suppliers that we have in the UK.
Now working in London as a food photographer - I’m endlessly passionate about food, interesting brand stories, great restaurants, and using art direction to tell your story through eye-catching food photography.
Ranging from smaller scale-shoots for startups, through to large commercial campaigns, I have a streamlined approach to creating food photography; all starting with getting to know your brand and the core messaging that resonates with your audience.
